1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GrantsForYou website, services, applications, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use GrantsForYou. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that any business information you provide is true, accurate, and current.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@grantsforyou.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
GrantsForYou offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Accelerator) and a one-time Lifetime Pro plan. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page; cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. The Service
GrantsForYou helps U.S. small businesses discover, save, and apply for grants by surfacing publicly available funding opportunities and providing automated application drafting and tracking tools. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with, qualify for, or be awarded any specific grant. Grant decisions are made solely by the funding agencies and organizations.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
- Do not submit false information in your business profile or applications.
- Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute grant data accessed through the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
7. Automatically Generated Content
Application drafts and other automatically generated content are produced programmatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submitting it to a grant funder.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, branding, and content created by GrantsForYou, is owned by GrantsForYou and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it as needed to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GRANTSFORYOU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GRANT INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrantsForYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GrantsForYou in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GrantsForYou is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
