No Refunds After Purchase
All purchases on GrantsForYou — including monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time Lifetime Pro purchases — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund of any kind, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the Service during a billing period.
- Not being matched with or awarded any specific grant.
- Cancellation of your subscription before the end of the billing period.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
GrantsForYou provides immediate digital access to automated grant matching, application drafting, and tracking tools. The cost of generating matches and drafts is incurred at the moment of use, which is why we cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time from the Settings → Manage subscription page. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will revert to the Free plan. You will not be charged again, and you will not be issued a refund for the unused portion of the period.
Lifetime Pro Purchases
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that grants Pro-level access for the lifetime of the Service. As an immediate-access digital product, Lifetime Pro purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Failed Charges & Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a successful cancellation), please contact us within 14 days of the charge at contact@grantsforyou.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the billing issue.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account. We ask that you reach out to us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to override any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
